About 365 Days
An independent UK magazine about gambling harm, recovery and the way gambling really works.
How the magazine began
365 Days started as Roger Radler's diary: a public, day-by-day account of gambling addiction, debt and treatment written from Berkshire. The diary is still here, chapter by chapter. The magazine around it answers the questions readers kept asking: how to spot a problem, how to block gambling, what to do about debt and why the odds work the way they do.
What we publish
Plain, practical guides in five sections: Recovery, Safer Gambling, Money & Debt, Odds Explained and Betting Explained. 365 Days is not a charity, a clinic or a regulator, does not take bets and does not give legal or financial advice. For treatment or debt advice, use the free services below.
